Oman is an Arab country on the south eastern coast of the Arabian Peninsular.

Birds from three continents–Asia, Europe and Africa–can be found in Oman. It’s known as a bird watching “secret paradise”.

Up until around 1970, there were no hotels in the country. Today, an abundance of hotels and accommodation options are present! Tourism is a major industry in Oman.

Iran shares its borders with many other countries, including Turkey, Iraq, Kuwait, Pakistan, and Oman.

Iranians are world-renowned for their Persian rugs, which they have been creating for over 2,500 years.

Persian is the official language of Iran. However, other languages are spoken throughout the country, including Turkic, Kurdish, Gilaki, and Arabic.
